It was really good and my family loved it
Our entire order was warm to the touch and spoiled at the time of delivery. I reached out to Riehl, explained the situation, and asked if a replacement order was possible. I never received any response.
Update: Since posting my original review the Accounts Manager has reached out and offered a replacement order or a refund at my election. This was very appreciated, and I look forward to receiving my replacement order.
